Sodexo has been managing the FM assignment at AstraZeneca in Mölndal since 2012, covering areas such as Restaurant, Conference, Cleaning, Logistics, Waste Management, and Grounds Maintenance. As we have a strong trust from our client to further develop and continuously improve our delivery regarding land and biodiversity, we are now looking for a reliable and experienced gardener to achieve set goals and exceed customer expectations.

As a seasonal gardener, you will be part of a team where you can use creative thinking, practical skills, and knowledge. With knowledge of various types of plants and their environments, you can contribute to creating and maintaining pleasant and sustainable outdoor environments.

Job Description

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with garden management for Sodexo at AstraZeneca in Mölndal. In your role as a gardener, you will also keep a sustainable climate in mind.

The work is carried out according to a jointly developed SLA (Service Level Agreement) that outlines what needs to be done, when it should be done, and the boundaries within each area.

The tasks are varied and may include gardening work such as mowing, hedge trimming, planting, new installations, paving, pruning, cleaning, etc.

Qualifications

• Driving license B
• Documented experience in gardening
• Ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

About the Position

Employment Type: Seasonal Employment

Scope: Full-time 40h/week

Duration: 2026-04-01 – 2026-09-30

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:00-16:00*

*Working hours may be adjusted as needed
